Hygin-X Surgical Scrub is a pre-operative surgical handscrub containing Chlorhexidine 4% used for disinfection of hand and skin prior to surgery as well as healthcare personnel handwashing and surgical scrubbing.
Hygin-X Surgical Scrub tested and passed the BS EN 1040# test method in killing bacteria.
Directions
Surgical Hand Washing: Wet hands and forearms. Wash for one minute with 3 pumps of Hygin-X (about 5mL). Clean fingernails with a brush. Rinse well and repeat procedure for a further two minutes. Rinse well and dry.
Body Washing: Apply to moist body evenly onto the surfaces of the whole body. Rinse off thoroughly and dry.
For external use only.
Indications
Used by the healthcare personnel for disinfection of hand and skin prior to surgery.
Precautions
Avoid contact with eyes, brain, meninges and middle ear. Incompatible with soaps and other anionic agents.
Storage
Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
