Indications

Disinfection of skin prior to invasive procedures, e.g. before replacement of intravascular catheters and during catheter site care.

Precautions

For external use only.
Avoid contact with mucous membranes, eyes, brain, meninges and middle ear.
Do not use on open skin wounds, broken or damaged skin or for lumbar puncture.
Do not use in children less than 2 months of age.
Contraindicated in patients with previous hypersensitivity to chlorhexidine or alcohol.

Storage

Store in a cool place.
Keep tightly closed when not in use.
Discard 1 week after first opening.
Keep out of reach of children.
