The distinguishing feature of STERIL's set is the disposable GSF forceps. Designed and produced from proprietary plastic resin, the hardest forceps perform close to what is expected of a reusable metal instrument.
The tips are shaped precisely for holding suture ends during stitching or suture removal. They are capable of grasping firmly any PVC catheter during insertion or retrieval and wet or dry cotton balls or gauze when they are used for wound cleaning and dressing.
